Wrist Sniffer - Privacy Policy

Wrist Sniffer ("the app") is a microphone-based signal-processing utility that runs on Apple Watch and iPhone.

DATA WE COLLECT
We do not collect any personal data. We operate no servers. The app does not contain any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDK.

MICROPHONE
The app uses the Apple Watch microphone to compute, on-device, a frequency-domain analysis of ambient sound. Audio buffers exist transiently in memory for the duration of analysis. A short audio snippet (approximately one second) around each detection event may be stored locally on your devices so you can inspect it. No audio is transmitted off-device.

LOCATION (optional)
If you opt in, each detection event is tagged with your location. Location data is stored only on your devices and is never transmitted.

EXPORT
You may export the detection log (JSON) to share it. Export is always user-initiated and goes only to destinations you choose using the system share sheet.
